Condolences on the Passing of Ghassan Twaini‏

Hi Charbel,

I wish to express my Condolences on the loss of a giant of a Lebanese, Ghassan Twaini. Ghassan, a humanitarian and a journalist. A fighter for democracy for a better society, a fighter against prejudice and against ignorance. A fighter for freedom of thought and a fighter for freedom of speech. Ghassan Transgressed religious and political divisions. His death is a loss to all Lebanese where ever they are. Whether in Lebanon or in Australia or in Europe or Latin America, or US or Canada or in Africa or in the Arab world. Lebanon has lost a true Lebanese. A hero to all. May he rest in peace.
